The Art of Tekken: A Complete Visual History Hard Cover Artbook Coming October 30th

A new hard cover artbook for the Tekken series has been revealed to be coming out on October 30th via an Amazon store page listing. The description for the artbook details a huge 250 pages filled with Tekken concept art, developer insights/interviews and the Tekken series' entire history and lore up to the latest game of Tekken 7. It's being published by Dynamite Entertainment with Nick Hurwitch as the author and pre-orders for The Art of Tekken is now open for $40 on the US Amazon store page. Core-A Gaming's Interview with Qudans & Jeondding

A great and enlightening video interview featuring both Qudans and Jeondding from Korea has come forward from Core-A Gaming. Gerald Lee sits down with both players to find out about their beginnings with Tekken and how they got to where they are now. The interview here make for a nice retrospective piece on these legends as they stroll down memory lane to some notable highlights in Tekken tournaments. IGN Video Interview with Japanese Pro Tekken Player Nobi

Famed Tekken Instructor Nobi recently got interviewed by the IGN crew during their visit to the Namco Sugamo arcade in Tokyo, Japan. The video interview to come from this gives us a more close and personal look as to how Nobi got into the Tekken series and how he managed to eventually turn it into a career by getting employed by the arcade to teach players the ropes in Tekken. Nowadays Nobi can still be found giving new players Tekken lectures alongside his fellow Yamasa sponsored Tekken players; Yuu and Take. JDCR & Saint Set to Attend Collision 2017 at Lima, Peru on Feb 18-19

The COLLISION Championship Series are happy to announce that two Korean Tekken champions are making their way to the premier tournament series in the city of Lima, Peru. 2016's Evolution and Global Championship grand finalist Saint, is joined by fellow dominant Korean player JDCR as they set out to get revenge on the competition in the region when they make their way to the tournament this month. Alongside those news, Collision 2017 has expanded in a big way from last year's tournament as it has announced that they're including multiple other fighting games as well getting Tekken Project team members Katsuhiro Harada & Michael Murray to confirm their attendance at the event. Not only that, but it also has to be said that the Tekken Brand Manager Mark Religioso as well Tekken community figure MarkMan are making an appearance there. COLLISION 2017 takes places in the capital of Peru this month on weekend of the 18th & 19th and is certainly not going to be an event you want to miss out on so stay tuned for more news from the event as well as live stream info. New Console Tekken 7 Build Featured in Italian Battle Dome Event

Heads-up to everyone in the region, the Tekken Milano group is organizing a FG event called Battle Dome and they're able to announce that Tekken 7 will be playable. Not only that though, but also that Tekken 7 over there will be using the latest updated PS4 version of the game. For those that haven't been keeping up with the game, that means that both Lee & Miguel who were previously announced for the console versions of Tekken 7 will be playable there before the game comes out. Battle Dome is taking place in Milan, Italy on the 11th of February and further details on the event can be found on the Tekken Milano Facebook page.
