Arcade "Tekken 7 Fated Retribution Round 2" Slated for February 2019

Update: Rumors of this upcoming arcade update has seemingly surfaced on the Japanese TekkenBBS site. I can't personally verify it's authenticity but for the sake of coverage, I've added and translated it down below.

Round 2 of Tekken 7 Fated Retribution is scheduled to release early next year, as details for a new arcade version of the game surface online. The full official title is "TEKKEN7 FATED RETRIBUTION ROUND 2" and it could potentially see the release of Season 2 content from the home versions of Tekken 7 carried over to Japanese arcades. This would maybe include the 5 characters included in Tekken 7's Season Pass 2 featuring Anna Williams, Lei Wulong and 3 other characters incorporated into a new version. There's not much else detailed about the release of this new arcade cabinet beyond that orders for arcade operators end on October 31st. Location testing details for the new arcade version of Tekken 7 should come in the near future, perhaps an announcement at the upcoming Mastercup.10?

Tekken 7 - Upcoming Season 2 Balance Changes Unveiled

Tekken 7 - Extended Anna Williams & Lei Wulong DLC Gameplay Trailers

The Art of Tekken: A Complete Visual History Hard Cover Artbook Coming October 30th

A new hard cover artbook for the Tekken series has been revealed to be coming out on October 30th via an Amazon store page listing. The description for the artbook details a huge 250 pages filled with Tekken concept art, developer insights/interviews and the Tekken series' entire history and lore up to the latest game of Tekken 7. It's being published by Dynamite Entertainment with Nick Hurwitch as the author and pre-orders for The Art of Tekken is now open for $40 on the US Amazon store page. TekkenGamer's Interview with Katsuhiro Harada

Tekken 7's chief producer Katsuhiro Harada breaks the long silence in a new interview conducted by the TekkenGamer crew. With the initial Tekken 7 content roadmap having been completed a long awhile ago, the comments made in this interview together with the recent 1 year anniversary content drop for the game at least reaffirms that the title hasn't been abandoned for people pining for more. Other notable mentions made in the interview are about Noctis' inclusion in the game, on Kazuma Kiryu's inclusion, a small status update for the dormant Tekken X Street Fighter title and more.
