Large scale update to Arcade Tekken 7 Fated Retribution Round 2 announced for Spring 2020

A quick notice appeared on the Tekken Official website announcing that the arcade version of Tekken 7 will be getting a large-scale update in Spring of 2020. Judging from the details and the image, it looks like the content featured in Season Pass 3, including the 4 characters, will make it's way back from the console/PC version into the arcades when the update eventually rolls around. No further details given at the moment but expect to hear more as we get closer to the release period.

Julia Chang and Player Data Breakdowns are coming to Arcades in May

A new update for the arcade version of Tekken 7 is scheduled to arrive in May, as announced by Nakatsu during the Toushinsai event. This update will feature the arrival of DLC character Julia Chang to arcades as well as new player data displays taken from the arcade's online Tekken-net service. Tekken-net will collate your gameplay data to let you see player breakdowns and rankings at a glance. Your Tekken skills is reflected with a new "Tekken Power" number and a web chart that highlights key playstyle areas. It's a little reminiscent of the World Tekken Federation feature from Tekken Tag Tournament 2 if you were around to remember that existing. Tekken 7 Fated Retribution Round 2 Launches into Arcades on February 13

The Round 2 update for Tekken 7 FR in arcades now has a release date, according to a new notice posted on the Tekken-Official website. The Round 2 update, which brings over characters, stages and balance changes from the console/PC versions of Tekken 7, will now arrive in arcades on February 13. The FR update to arcade Tekken 7 came out back in July of 2016 but Round 2 will be when they'll catch up with content from both Season Passes 1 and 2. If you happen to have access to a local arcade Tekken 7 machine, you can find out what kind of Tekken-Net data carries over from T7FR to T7 Round 2 over on the announcement notice. As of right now; Anna Williams, Lei Wulong, Craig Marduk, Armor King, Noctis Lucis Caelum & Geese Howard will be added in with Round 2. There's no mention of Julia Chang or Negan from The Walking Dead participating at this current time.

Arcade "Tekken 7 Fated Retribution Round 2" Slated for February 2019

Update: Rumors of this upcoming arcade update has seemingly surfaced on the Japanese TekkenBBS site. I can't personally verify it's authenticity but for the sake of coverage, I've added and translated it down below.

Round 2 of Tekken 7 Fated Retribution is scheduled to release early next year, as details for a new arcade version of the game surface online. The full official title is "TEKKEN7 FATED RETRIBUTION ROUND 2" and it could potentially see the release of Season 2 content from the home versions of Tekken 7 carried over to Japanese arcades. This would maybe include the 5 characters included in Tekken 7's Season Pass 2 featuring Anna Williams, Lei Wulong and 3 other characters incorporated into a new version. There's not much else detailed about the release of this new arcade cabinet beyond that orders for arcade operators end on October 31st. Location testing details for the new arcade version of Tekken 7 should come in the near future, perhaps an announcement at the upcoming Mastercup.10?
