Arcade "Tekken 7 Fated Retribution Round 2" Slated for February 2019

Update: Rumors of this upcoming arcade update has seemingly surfaced on the Japanese TekkenBBS site. I can't personally verify it's authenticity but for the sake of coverage, I've added and translated it down below.
Round 2 of Tekken 7 Fated Retribution is scheduled to release early next year, as details for a new arcade version of the game surface online. The full official title is "TEKKEN7 FATED RETRIBUTION ROUND 2" and it could potentially see the release of Season 2 content from the home versions of Tekken 7 carried over to Japanese arcades. This would maybe include the 5 characters included in Tekken 7's Season Pass 2 featuring Anna Williams, Lei Wulong and 3 other characters incorporated into a new version. There's not much else detailed about the release of this new arcade cabinet beyond that orders for arcade operators end on October 31st. Location testing details for the new arcade version of Tekken 7 should come in the near future, perhaps an announcement at the upcoming Mastercup.10?

Regarding Tekken 7 Fated Retribution Round 2, a certain arcade clerk during a stream mentioned the following:
- Additional 6 characters added to the arcade including Lei Wulong, Anna Williams, Noctis Lucis Caelum, Geese Howard and 2 other characters. (The remaining 1 other character and Negan from The Walking Dead are possibly coming after March 2019)
- Vanilla versions of Tekken 7 stages and both the Hammerhead and Geese Howard Estate stages being added to the arcade.
- Rankings in Japan up to this point and ranking breakdowns by prefecture and country-wide being viewable on Tekken-net. Furthermore, a 'Tekken Power Gauge' feature is added but no details.
- 'Battle Record Diagram' is viewable on Tekken-net.
- 'other new elements added.'
The Round 2 update for Tekken 7 Fated Retribution seems to not be an actual new arcade cabinet to buy but rather, a USB update for current Tekken 7 FR cabinets. The cost of the USB update is currently rumored to cost 400,000 Japanese yen.
