Tekken 7 Version 1.06 Update Fixes Frame Rate Drops Caused by Customization Mode

A new update is being quickly rolled out due to a new bug that was introduced in the previous Tekken 7 version 1.05 update. A bug was found on the standard base version of PlayStation 4 consoles where entering the Customization Mode would leave the game's graphical quality level on a higher spec than the system was capable of. While it may have looked prettier, it caused frame rate drops in normal modes after you left the customization mode. If you happen to be playing the game on a regular PS4 system, download the new update to squash the bug for good. Full notes on the Version 1.06 update can be found on the EU Tekken website.

MASTERCUP Tekken Fight Club Niconico Stream on July 25th

Tomorrow night in Tokyo, Japan is the MASTERCUP Tekken Fight Club stream on niconico. The niconico "Tou.channel" (闘.ch) is presenting an online broadcast with the large-scale user community tournament MASTERCUP and Tekken playing pros Yuu & Nobi from Yamasa for a Tekken Fight Club special. Bandai Namco is confirmed for an appearance with Tekken dev team members Katushiro Harada and Nakatsu to appear as guests and present the latest news on Tekken 7 during the stream. The broadcast will go over the MASTERCUP series of tournaments, feature a Tekken lesson from Tekken pros with an online tournament after it and then potentially new announcements regarding Tekken 7 so tune in tomorrow at 8 PM Japan time (4 AM PDT) to catch the broadcast live. TEKKEN 7 - Geese Howard DLC Guest Character Reveal Trailer

Announced live on the Evo 2017 stage is the new DLC guest character coming to Tekken 7: Geese Howard from Fatal Fury. Geese Howard will be joining Tekken 7's roster as the 1st guest character coming in the 2nd DLC pack which is slated to release in Winter of 2017. Tekken 7 - Ultimate Tekken Bowl DLC Trailer

Revealed on the Bandai Namco America YouTube channel is the Ultimate Tekken Bowl mode coming to Tekken 7 as the DLC game mode in the Season Pass. This mode was datamined earlier but here is the DLC mode's official gameplay debut in the new trailer. Ultimate Tekken Bowl mode is coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One & Steam this August.
