Kayane's Interview with Motohiro Okubo from EVO 2018

A new interview with Soul Calibur 6's producer Motohiro Okubo from this past Evo has now gone live thanks to Kayane. A lot of interesting and direct questions regarding the game's features and potential future plans like having a demo or beta, patches after launch, frame data in training mode and even on the potential of World Tour being asked in here. This interview serves as the latest development update for Soul Calibur 6 leading up to Gamescom later this month on Aug 21 - 25. New character reveals for SoulCalibur 6 means some new character overview details from the game's Battle Director Oosaka. (@oosaka_twt) He describes what the gameplan are behind recently revealed Astaroth and Seong Mi-Na as well as new additions to their gameplay in the new game. Soul Calibur 6 - Astaroth & Seong Mi-Na Evo Reveal Trailer

Unveiled live during finals day at Evo 2018, Astaroth and Seong Mi-Na returns to the stage of history! The big hulking Astaroth looks like he sports some unique elements this time around with a guard stun soul charge attack into the command throw. EVO 2018 | Fighting Game World Tournament on August 3 - 5

It's that time of the year, the celebration world tournament of all fighting games is taking place this week in in the city of Las Vegas. Evo 2018 sees a staggering amount of competition spread across several fighting games in its lineup which includes Tekken 7 as a main stage game and Soul Calibur 6 as a side tournament. The SC6 tournament commences at 10 AM sharp in the morning on Friday with all the Tekken 7 pools starting at 8 AM on the Saturday with the Top 8 and exhibition of both games later at the Mandalay Bay arena on Sunday. For all things fighting games, Evo is not the tournament to miss out on while it's happening live so tune in with us and hopefully we see some new fighting game announcements.
