Soul Calibur 6 Version 1.20 Update Adjusts Online Ranked and Adds Free Schoolwear Items

DLC Pack #3 for Soul Calibur 6 is a day away but a free update to the game adding compatibility for the pack as well as game mode adjustments is already here. Included inside the update are some free School uniform items for you to use in the Character Creation mode, a bunch of changes to the way you climb ranks and find other players in online Ranked Mode, several QOL fixes and a whole bunch more. If you have the Season Pass for the game, the DLC Pack will go live once the unlock listing for is available on February 19. The full update contents can be found over on the SC6 website.

Popular Twitch Streamer Forsen Reaches Yellow Ranks Online in First Week of Playing Tekken 7

Tekken 7 has seen a recent surge of popularity within the past week after popular Twitch streamers started picking up and streaming the game. Forsen, Imaqtpie, Sodapoppin, Dyrus and Moonmoon were among the recent greenhorns dipping into the online Ranked Mode while probably showing off Tekken 7 to a much wider audience. Forsen in particular was probably the most note-worthy in that group for sticking to the game and even climbing a fairly decent way in the ranks. Sure, Tekken 7 Season 2 did make ranking up much more easier and faster but, climbing all the way to Juggernaut within a week of picking up the game is a lot more than other people who've been playing for months and stuck in greens could possibly say. If anything, Forsen's playthrough makes an interesting watch of someone completely brand new get into playing Tekken. PS4/PC Tekken 7 World Character Usage & Rank Distribution Charts

Tekken 7 has been out for a few months now and the data is rolling in. Bloodywala on reddit has created charts using the data on the Tekken 7 leaderboards page to count every single player on there for the characters being used as well as the ranks earned. This data helps paint a picture of the characters and ranks a majority of the online Tekken player base have ended up with. All the data seen below account for players registered on the online leaderboards as of after August 30 so any of the players that have dropped off prior to the date aren't factored in.

T7 Online Ranked Matches - Japan's Highest Ranked Lee Player VS Knee & Ji3MoonAce

If you have ever been following the Japanese Tekken scene for the past few games, the name Hari (はりー) might be familiar. He's a notable Lee player who is at this point in time, currently Japan's highest ranked Lee player in arcades. He was also a really high ranker back in Tekken 6 and Tekken Tag 2 arcades so he knows his way around using Lee. Recently, Hari has been recording his matches online in Tekken 7 and uploaded footage of him deathmatching Korean players; Knee and Ji3MoonAce. These matches make for a good watch despite the online Japan to Korea connection so take note if you're interested in playing Lee. These two Korean players are at the top level when it comes South Korean deathmatching in Tekken 7 so it makes for a good reference video if you play either of these characters.
