RedBull Japan's 5G Competition Featuring Tekken Tag Tournament 2

The RedBull 5G event is a national gaming competition set up by Redbull Japan to find the country's best competitive gamers in 5 gaming genres: First-Person-Shooters, Racing, Sports, Fighting & lastly a free genre which is announced to be puzzle games. The event uses qualifiers in East & West Japan and pits the two side against each other in offline & offline qualifiers. It was announced back in June that the Fighting game selected for this year's competition will be Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and RedBull JP have set the dates for the event's qualifiers & finals event. I'll hopefully have more information regarding it being broadcasted closer to the event occurring but you can see the set dates and rules below.

East Japan: 19th of October, 2013. At 3PM.
West Japan: 20th of October, 2013. At 3PM.

Offline Qualifier

West Japan （Osaka Tournament）: 10th of November, 2013.
East Japan （Tokyo Tournament）: 17th of November, 2013.

FINALS

※It's possible to bring an arcade stick but it must be an official licensed stick by Sony. The event will not allow any kind of converters to be used. You can use any stick during the online qualifiers but in the offline events you must bring the stick you want to use yourself. The event will not allow any use of turbo features or macro capabilities.
