Taking place later today is the 7on7 Japan vs Korea team battle in Soul Calibur 6. The communities in both regions have already set up preliminary tournaments to pick their representing teams of 7 which are going on to rep their country in the team battle. Soul Calibur 6 - DLC Character 2B Gameplay Stream Archive

Edit: Wait, never mind. The video finished processing and the entire thing is now archived properly. Go to the 16 and 40 minute mark in the VOD to see the new 2B gameplay.

YouTube live is weird, the Dengeki PlayStation stream finished but it looks like it only archived the last two hours. It's still good to watch though since most of the notable 2B gameplay bits are still there in the beginning of the archive. The other stuff cut out were just minor introductions and info like the Nier creation parts which I have images of down below for anyone that missed them. For a quick character impression, she seems kind of similar to Azwel mixed with some Noctis. All the perverts out there will glad happy to know she can blow her own skirt off with her second Critical Edge that's available at low health so you know she's worth the Season Pass money. Despite looking pretty far along in the gameplay, Okubo mentioned that they're still fine-tuning the character so please wait a little longer for the official announcement of 2B's release date for Soul Calibur 6.

Live Gameplay Footage of 2B from Soul Calibur 6 Set to Debut During Dengeki Playstation's Live Broadcast on November 8

Mark your calender 2B fans, we're getting new gameplay footage of the character in action on November 8th during the 15th episode of Dengeki PlayStation's live broadcast. Soul Calibur 6 Producer Motohiro Okubo and Director Yoshiyuki Takahashi are planning on appearing on the stream and they're joined by Yoko Taro and other figures from Square Enix, Platinum Games, Monaco and Ace Combat to talk everything about the collaboration. The broadcast is being streamed live on YouTube, Twitch, niconico and Periscope so there's plenty of avenues to tune into the new footage and potential news. The broadcast starts at 7:30 PM Japan time and concludes later on with the Idol Fantasy Star Saga segment (if you're wondering what the other half of the above image is about.)

Soul Calibur 6 Battle Prologue in Nakano Event on October 14

A pre-release double elimination tournament for Soul Calibur 6 is taking place later today in Tokyo, Japan. The 'Battle Prologue in Nakano' event is an official Bandai Namco run tournament at the Red Bull Gaming Sphere venue and over 100 players have already signed up to battle it out. You can expect to see a lot of competitive SC6 action happening with the event being streamed live on both YouTube and the SoulCalibur Twitch channel for everyone to watch. For people planning on being there at the venue, there's going to be cosplayers, art galleries, merchandise prizes and demo builds of the game present to get you all excited for Soul Calibur 6 right before it comes out later this week. Brazilian New Master III Tournament Taking Place October 13 with English Commentary

Getting the word out on the third instalment of the "New Master" set to take place in the city of São Paulo in Brazil on October 13th. The New Master tournaments are fairly new but usually feature some of the best Tekken talent to watch for the South American region. For this occasion, they're planning on stepping up and enlisting an English commentary team for the stream to help guide the whole world into the Brazilian Tekken scene. There's prize money on the line and maybe news on possible international guests so stay tuned to the New Master social pages for more info on the tournament.
