New patch time, looks like no wingdings this go around thankfully. Version 3.31 is solely balance adjustments going by the latest Bandai Namco EU update. At a glance, Fahkumram's command throw break window is now adjusted to be standard, the tracking on Kazuya and Devil Jin's hellsweeps were reverted, some more nerfs for Leroy Smith and a round of overall character buffs to a portion of the cast.
