Online Support for Arcade Tekken Tag Tournament 2 to End on March 29
A service closure notice was posted on the Tekken-Official website detailing that the online support for the arcade version of Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Unlimited is to be shut down on March 29, 2018. The online network for TTT2 in arcades is the Tekken-net service which allows players to use and see their play data on banapass cards which can be used on the machines. Those features as well as player replays and ghost data will no longer be accessible on the cabinets and the Tag 2 live monitor come this end of March. For those places that still operate TTT2 Unlimited, an update titled 'Ver.I01' will be available for the machine after the Tekken-net service closure that will allow the machine to be played in only an offline setting with VS Mode & CPU mode. Tekken Tag Tournament 2 was first available in arcades back in the year 2011 and Bandai Namco has been keeping the Tekken-net service online for all that time so they wish to thank everyone for playing and enjoying Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Unlimited.
