I believe that's the Yoshi vs Bryan exclusive move 1+2+3+4~b,f,u,d+3+4. First time I saw that move myself.

Yoshi can only taunt against Bryan, and the input is the following:
[Ky Charge]~b,f,u,d+3+4

Flash is a bit tricky from BT, the exact input is u+1+4. The easiest way to get it after a move that leaves Yoshi in a BT stance. It's a great bait move also.
Great video man!! It's awesome to see someone still using Yoshi to make quality combo vids, first good one I've seen in a long time!
